The Pasta Making Class takes place on Tuesday, April 1 at the Doral Cultural Arts Center, offering participants a comprehensive introduction to the art of fresh pasta.
During this interactive session, attendees will learn the complete pasta-making process from scratch, including essential techniques such as kneading, rolling, cutting and cooking. The class is designed to accommodate all skill levels, making it accessible to beginners while still offering value to more experienced home cooks.
Participants will create their own Italian dishes during the class and gain practical knowledge they can immediately apply in their home kitchens.
