Experience the earthy richness of a prized seasonal delicacy prepared through classic French culinary techniques. The winter truffle tasting experience takes place Friday, February 21 at Bouchon Bistro, beginning at 6:30 p.m. with a welcome reception in the Bouchon Garden.
Chef de Cuisine Garrett Rochowiak has crafted a three-course menu that showcases the distinctive character of winter truffles. The evening continues with a communal dining experience in the intimate Bocuse Room, where guests will enjoy Gnocchi de Pommes de Terre, Snake River Farms Eye of the Rib and Black Truffle Profiteroles.
This special dining event offers a curated exploration of truffle-enhanced French cuisine in the convivial atmosphere of a shared table. Seating is limited.
