City of Miami Springs
Business Resources
Miami Springs was founded in 1926 by aviation pioneer, inventor and developer Glenn Curtiss, and still boasts much of its original distinguished Pueblo Mission Revival architecture. Located adjacent to MIA and the MIC, this charming hometown of 13,000 residents enjoys a vibrant community life, picturesque and safe neighborhoods, 4+ miles of illuminated pedestrian and bike paths along scenic canals and greenways, the historic Curtiss Mansion and Miami Springs Golf Course, the Rebeca Sosa Theater and a new community center with fitness room, pool, hardwood courts and an indoor jogging track. Miami Springs has been recognized nationally as both a “Preserve America” City and a “Tree City USA”.
